Vale das Aguas

Reasonable location, cold pools, tasty but cold food tbm. Good rooms but in the hostel there are several dogs that lawn all night. I went to rest but came back stressed without sleep. No one responsible for taking action.

On 03/01/2026 I used the services of Vale das Águas Water Park – Thermas Park, including tickets and external parking purchased from the official website. At the end of the visit, I noticed that my vehicle (Toyota Yaris) presented risks, and that it had been parked in perfect condition and remained throughout the contracted parking space. On the same day, I sought assistance with the responsible team, but it was not possible to formally record the occurrence. Subsequently, I forwarded emails with the report and evidence (photos and videos), emails sent on 05/01 - 09/01 and 27/01 without getting a return so far. Considering that the parking is part of the contracted service, the park does not return, total despair. Bad walk and pick up the car was even worse, because I understand that the park is not aimed at the customer and neither the structure offered in any way.

Vale das Águas Park is in extremely precarious conditions, putting the health and safety of visitors at risk. The infrastructure is completely rusted, with broken parts and very high stairs leading to the toys in deplorable condition. Many stairs are tied with wire, evidencing dangerous improvisations that do not guarantee any safety. The pools have completely unsuitable water for use, dirty and unmaintained, making it an unhealthy and repulsive environment. In addition, there are people smoking in space and throwing cigarette bits directly into the water, making the situation even worse. It is urgent that the Sanitary Surveillance and Civil Defense conduct an immediate inspection, as the park's infrastructure represents an imminent risk of accidents and serious public health problems. The Water Valley, which should be a place of leisure, has become a danger for those who visit it.
