Old hotel and lacking in-depth cleaning. The hotel is undergoing renovation on the second floor and without notice on the site or when check-in is done. There was no noise, but a lot of paint dust in the hallway. This is the hallway to get to the room I stayed in, all the rooms were without doors and in construction, with ink cans, lones and other items exposed. That is, to get to the room, you literally go through an entire corridor in retirement. The feeling and experience is not the best, especially at night....it seems like we are in those horror movies. The room was good and because I am from the Facilities branch, some details may be more prominent, example: The room had some details that did not impact the whole, but generated the feeling of quick cleanup and lack of organization, example: the waist was double face, was in the bed and with a tear, I decided to turn and the other side was dirty. The sheet was without elastic and was not attached to the mattress, besides that I seemed smaller than the bed, in the middle of the night I woke up right in the mattress, the bed skirt was poorly arranged and dirty and attached to the mattress, leaving a large part of the box apparent. Good bathroom. Glass box needs deep cleaning lower part. Hotel, overall, has the feeling of superficial cleanliness, such as residues of dirt in vanes and windows, from the entrance, the elevator, etc. Basic coffee and ok. Beautiful and renovated restaurant. Experience 2.5

The hotel is ok, nothing that really disabones you. But I had a serious health problem during the morning, I went down to pick up Uber and was positively surprised by one of the hotel employees, Diego do valet, saw my situation and promptly offered to help me, asked if I was alone, and when I said yes, he asked for my WhatsApp, helped me go to Uber and asked me to send news and let him know if I needed anything. I've rarely met someone so human with a complete unknown. So I also use this space to thank Diego for his support during this difficult time.
