My stay had both positive and negative points.
The breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and quality. I would also like to highlight the excellent service of the staff Fábio and Paulo, who were extremely polite, attentive and helpful throughout the entire stay.
However, the structure and especially the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The towels were stained, the floor looked dirty and the bathroom caused a lot of discomfort. After the bath, I noticed that the water flowing through the walls became yellowish, which conveyed a feeling of lack of hygiene and inadequate maintenance of the environment.
Unfortunately, despite the excellent service of the staff and the good breakfast, the cleanliness and maintenance conditions of the room greatly damaged the experience.
