The hotel is old, remains a welcoming place with polite service and very professional. It is in front of the beach and has a very good restaurant on the ground floor.

The hotel has no reception, they were in retirement and did not meet us properly. The receptionists badly dressed, one disappointed. Without uniform and unprepared. The room without decoration, sofa impossible to sit the ruined balcony chairs, painful breakfast, expensive price, bedroom floor and box more

First let's start with the good: the location and the goodwill of the employees. The hotel is very well located, on Canal 3 and overlooks the sea. The employee Lorraine worked hard to make our stay the best possible, but even with so much effort, I can say that I will not be returning. Second, what needs to improve: Summit today was previously the Mercury hotel and now, in addition to being a hotel, there are people living there, people renting their rooms and Airbnbs, which makes everything very confusing, due to people coming and going. The breakfast is very poor, despite being complete with fruits, juices, cold cuts and bread - which were hard, as they must have been from 2 or 3 days ago. The room is an excellent size and even has a naughty one, but it appears to be very old, the cable TV only worked in the room and the magnetic card to enter the accommodation sometimes demagnetized and you had to go to reception to get it. to arrange. There are 2 elevators that shake too much and in one of them there is an extremely rude elevator operator, you talk to him and he doesn't respond, plus we were made to look like clowns. We got in the elevator and asked to go to the top floor, he told us he would take us underground so he would get out and we would go up, but instead, we went to the 8th floor, then to the ground floor, then to the 7th. ., then we managed to go underground, where he went down and then we managed to go to the roof. When we arrived, our room would be 2103, but as the sofa bed was having problems, they decided to change our room, after more than an hour waiting for the room to be released, in addition to leaving a stained/dirty towel in the room. In short, if you like staying in hotels, which are just hotels and everything works the way it should, this is not the place.
