Great location, cleanliness and breakfast

I put here my indignation over the lack of return to such important issues. The paddles seemed to be filled with stamp cloth and the breakfast was too weak for the amount charged on the fare. On the occasion I ordered new diapers and I was delivered the same quality... I talked about the coffee that didn't have a coherent coffee to the cost. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE OFFICIALS THEY GAVE ME A TWO-PAGE CLAIM SHEET TO BE FILLED IN AND SUBMITTED TO THE CHECK-OUT. My disappointment with the lack of hospitality was real... how to repay the client such discomfort after the unsuccessful stay?
