Excellent staff and location, very good breakfast, went for work but took time to get to know, enjoyed the pool (although it was cold)

Hotel well located staff very attentive especially in the person of Mr. Amaral very good breakfast and room service to spectacular dinner.

The hotel is well located, clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast was great, dinner was decent. The staff was friendly - keep in mind that several don’t speak English (which was fine for me since I’m trying to learn Portuguese), but some do speak it. I only have two comments/warnings: - The WiFi is ATROCIOUS. I called and they tried to fix it so kudos, but it kept disconnecting and was slow. The TV has Netflix but connecting to the WiFi to watch was like getting a root canal. - The cleaning staff is strange - they don’t always replace all the towels and they are really stingy with toilet paper lol.
