My fourth stay in this hotel and once again I was very well served. Clean, spacious and airy room. The demands are resolved promptly (the remote was defective and was replaced in less than 10 min). They anticipated my check-in without me asking and without charging more for it. Wonderful bed, with the perfect black out, i.e. quiet sleep. Friendly staff, kind and very efficient. Highlight to Francisco from the reception and to the maid Maria, impeccable cleaning of the room, in addition, put a sheet on the couch-bed for my son without me having asked, i.e., super attentive to the needs of the guests. The location of the hotel is mto good, with drugstore, markets and bars nearby. Besides being very close to Ibirapuera. I consider a good hotel both for those who are in São Paulo to work qto for those who are leisure.

Newly updated room, with comfortable bed and inviting front-room. Careful reception staff. But breakfast... the worst of life!!! Very few options, no replacement, poor product quality. And the team is on the same level: less attentive, unwilling to help and solve problems. So if you are looking for a pleasant stay for your weekend, look somewhere else!

I was in this Mercure for breakfast, it costs 50,00 reais, but the value does not confide with the quality and very bad, artificial juices, hard breads, cold bad, if you are thinking of a good place to drink coffee choose another. It is urgent to reform the entire space and also to improve the coffee and its appearance.
