Poor hotel, rooms need renovation, bed linen and horrible bath, breakfast leaves to desire and high cost benefit for what it offers. The only favorable point is the location.

From the reception to the check-out, the service was impeccable, with polite, attentive staff and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, extremely clean and with very comfortable bed. The bathroom offers high-quality toiletries and there is daily replacement. The hotel structure is complete: clean and well-maintained pool, modern gym, relaxing spa and restaurants with sophisticated and well served dishes. Breakfast is varied, with options for all tastes. The location is also excellent, close to tourist attractions and with easy access to transportation. *Strong points:* - High level care - Comfort and cleaning - Complete structure - Quality gastronomy *Final note: 10/10*

To Whom it may concern : I had a reservation confirmed and paid by booking , Confirmation number 4323264456 Pin 1857 I had 4 rooms in reservation confirmed as you can see , however ..when I arrived to the hotel the receptionist told me that from my 4 reservations I could only use 1 because you had overbooked the hotel , theferore 3 people had no room , so Your hotel Cancelled the reservation of 3 people without any notice , we stayed almost 2 hours looking for someone in your front desk able to solve the problem but no one did !!!! Your only answer was , the hotel is overbooked … we are sorry and from your 4 rooms we only have one …. !! I had 3 of my clients without room just because you cancelled my reservation without any advise … I had to run at 11 pm at night to look for a hotel in Sao paulo !!! This is amazing . On top of that .. when I see my credit card charges , with surprise I see you have charged me the 4 rooms that I never used because you overbooked the hotel !! Therefore I strongly need the reimbursement of that money !! This is amazing !! You cancel 3 out of 4 of my reservations withour any notice and you charged me for the whole reservation !! I WANT MY REIMBURSEMENT !!! I am not asking for a receipt , I am asking to reimbursed the money you charged and never let me in the hotel !!!
