Jatoba Praia Hotel

Small but clean rooms. Hotel without any leisure attraction only pool. Breakfast with very few options.

Hotel very well located, on the edge of the crab, and very cheerful and well decorated. Satisfactory breakfast, without much variety. Perfect service from Joelia (from the reservation), both by phone and in person. Negatives: The balcony light stays on all night, which leaves the room kind of bright, even with a curtain. We spoke with the manager, who said that they already had 2 complaints in this direction, but the owner does not want to change this. Until then, all right But there was an event that made us very upset. Our 4-year-old broke a small piece of craft, which was in the decoration of the reception. We were made to pay the value of 100,00 , and the piece should not cost even 50,00 and did perfectly to be glued with super Bonder. I felt exhausted. The attendant said the piece was much more expensive than 100,00 (false) and would not be the same thing sticking with super Bonder. My husband, angry, said he was going to take the play, since we were forced to pay 10000. When we arrived in our town, we paste the piece with super bonder and it was great. Much mesquinaria and lack of empathy from the management and the attendees. As a child will not move if the pieces stay on the floor? Vcs should be ashamed of acting like this. I shouldn't have even paid that high. We will never return to this hotel again and I have the question of registering this so that everyone is aware of the lack of empathy and mesquinary of you. And of course, making reservations regarding Joelia's care

Super well located and clean hotel. Very good service and coffee of the manha well complete. A delight. Super cute decor and very cozy. Breakfast staff very friendly and requested. They make a tapioca of unforgettable coal cheese. It's worth asking them to do it on time.
