Holiday Lodge

We booked 2 deluxe rooms and 3 standard rooms altogether. All the rooms were great, and our children really enjoyed the waterpark. Even the hi-tea was excellent, the food was refilled very quickly, and we especially loved the fried ambuyat! The main area that needs improvement is the staff. From the reservation desk and reception to the restaurant staff, everyone seemed as if they were forced to work and serve customers. Some were rude, and others never smiled. The management really needs to pay attention to this.

Beds and amenities are quite ok. TV is superbly boring, only 1 channel!! Food is subpar, enough to just satisfy. Pool just OK. If ur a cheapskate saving up for jerudong Park, tis a good location I guess.

I stayed here with my family in family room number 122 on 26-28 July 2021. Me and my husband and 5 of our kids planning to have some best time with our family but we truly disappointed with this hotel. I list down terrible experience we had here: 1. I called beforehand to booked, but they said just walk in because they had a plenty of room. We were given family room when arrived, and when the kids check the TV, there were no channel available, then inform the front desk, they said they want to sent person to check. After an hour, we check again and guest what? They just inform us that TV was broken!! And that was it! 2. The room cost us $200++ including breakfast, and should be served at 7.00am,unfortunately the restaurant don't even open at 7.05am and nobody inform us anything eventhough the staff around and saw us waiting in front of restaurant from 6.45 am. When we asked, then only they switch on the light and asked us to order. Gosh!! 3. The most terrible experience was when on the second day, our room room is fill with smoke of cigarette come from bathroom. I CAN'T TOLERATE THIS!! We hate smokers and never let our kids smell this "*£#&! We complain to front desk but there was no action. I got migraine, my kids had to smell this cigarette for hours!! We complain again and they just come in and spray febreze!! What a waste of money and time. And we never come here again!! Never!!
