I promised the hotel that I would take care of their case thing promised thing due. Let’s start at the beginning we arrive at the hotel we have booked two rooms one for parents and one for my son. The choice is by booking two rooms called deluxe Room. We arrive at the hotel charming reception but we are offered two rooms opposite each other it takes me 20 minutes to explain that we have not booked two rooms in the same reservation to not be side by side after 20 minutes we are given the keys to the rooms. We arrive in the room it's late we're tired the curtains are closed the room smells of low-end air freshener, but we're tired we don't pay attention the next day when we wake up we open the curtains and the surprise the window is a skylight 2 meters from the ground with views of the sky.... DELUXE ROOM??? I don’t have the same notion of luxury lol. Breakfast very average but it goes to the limit there are eggs in the main deli and other usual stuff. Every time we enter the room the waitress looks at her watch to see if we have not exceeded 10am or the buffet is cleared here. In short no time to get heady we go skiing and there I realize that the hotel is 30 minutes walk from the slopes and 10 minutes by car. 450m from the city center yes but the city center not the slopes so be careful it is very, very far and at 10 € the taxi go it is expensive the stay especially since there are only three shuttle departures at 8-9 and 10h. Back the same way 15-16-17h. We come back we take a shower towel are not white there are weird stains on pillowcases like really cleanliness leaves to be desired but we will come back to this later. My son calls me the bathtub water flows into his room through the wall adjoining flood in the room ... Reception and then I ask to be changed for all the reasons above.We change floors we have a room with real windows and they tell me you have booked an economy room I show him the reservation and I tell him no a deluxe room ... We go to the SPA it passes sauna and hammam and swimming pool which deserves to be a little more heated but it is okay it is acceptable. Gym... dirty of torture rather everything is rusty dilapidated and by catching tetanus impossible to do sports. In the morning the cleaning is quickly shipped the toilet is not cleaned, the glasses available in the room are not changed the bed is made with sheets too small that takes off during the night we find ourselves on the mattress without on mattress not very hygienic all this. You should absolutely avoid.

I don't think I need to write anything, the pictures say it all. The staff barely speaks English. The only good thing is the location of the hotel

The stay at the hotel was moderate. The breakfast was poor in variety and quality, with basic and repetitive choices, while the staff was not very friendly or helpful, which negatively affected our experience. The room was not very clean, with dirty walls and intense rose smell in the room, which was not very pleasant. Nevertheless, the hotel offers very good location and comfortable parking, which are important advantages for those travelling by car. Overall, it can serve for a short stay, but there is clear room for improvement, especially in the cleanliness, breakfast and approach of staff.
