Grand Hotel Bansko

Horrible, horrible scam hotels. I am a former employee and the people in charge are corrupt and exploit their staff. They force the marketing team to post fake positive reviews and delete negative comments on their social media accounts. 5 stars is a lie. It is a complete scam. And I have stayed there for free several times. The rooms are full of faulty electricity, cockroaches and other malfunctions. I am attaching them below. Our stay at the Grand Hotel Bansko was extremely pleasant. The room was spacious and very clean, the food – plentiful and extremely tasty, and the SPA center was truly impressive – modern, well-maintained and ideal for complete relaxation. We would be happy to visit again!
