Grand Royale Hotel & Spa

We booked five nights at the Grand Royale Hotel in Bansko, Bulgaria. To our surprise, we received a spacious apartment of about 70 square meters, with a balcony overlooking the breathtaking mountain views and snow-covered peaks. After just five days, we extended our stay to 14 days. The reasons are many: - An excellent and varied breakfast - Outstanding cleanliness — the hotel is constantly being cleaned throughout the day - A wonderful spa, including a large swimming pool and a children’s pool - Three different types of saunas - A salt room - Massage services What won our hearts the most was the hotel manager, Maria, who was available for every request with patience, kindness, and genuine care. We highly recommend this hotel, as it is truly exceptional compared to all the hotels we have stayed in over the past several years. The Gez Family

First of all ı would like to thank your hospitality. We stayed 2nd time at Grand Royale, its like our home in Bansko. Location is very good. Rooms and cleanless is very nice. Maria from Reservation department is very helpfull, thank you Maria for your help during reservation process and the room. We did not have any languagae bareer with the staff. All staf that ı spoke can speak english.
