Mont Blanc

When we arrived, the apartment was incredibly dirty. Sheets had not been changed and we had to ask multiple times for clean sheets, soap, shampoo and other basic stuff. There is only a 5 car parking lot which is always full so you will most probably have to park your car somewhere else down the road. If they decide to offer breakfast, it will be available in a hotel nearby (15min walking distance). Avoid at all cost!

Four of us with two children 3 and 5 years old were here 7 days. There were two rooms and leaving room. One of the room was without window!!!!!!! In the leaving room was bed (more like sofa) and it was not possible to sleep on it. After six days they cut off heathing and electricity with excuse that they had problem with it only in our apartment. We had to move in an other apartment on different floor with our two children and all our staff. But it was very humiliating when we find out that they rented same day our apartment to other people. In new apartment water heather didn't work and we had to go to an other to take a bath. Also unpleasent employees work there, nobody on reception most of the day.... It was our third time visiting Bansko and this was first hotel with no organized bus transportation to gondola.... Very bad experience with rude people.

Stayed here for six nights. Was impressed with size of our one bedroom apartment. The apartment had a large bathroom consisting of wash basin, large shower and toilet. The kitchen/lounge are was large and 'open plan'. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for storage. The kitchen had most items. After a day or so a kettle was provided (we had been using a saucepan to boil water). There was a TV in the lounge and also the bedroom. There was also a video player in the lounge as well as videos and books on a shelf. The location was great - approx 10 minute walk to the gondola. Room was serviced daily. Towels were provided. Heating was excellent - had to turn it down! Great value for money. Would return.
