The hotel is very far from the ski lift. There is a shuttle to it. About the advantages! At the reception the woman speaks Russian and solves all questions!!!, she is responsive and delves into the problem and solves it!!!! The administrator is a very professional girl!!! The hotel is based on these workers. Waitress Bogomilia in the mornings, quietly, calmly, with awareness of the matter, tries and conscientiously fulfills her duties! Room cleaning is good (if you don’t find fault) Breakfast + dinner, not much choice, but the food was always delicious, respect to the chef!!! Perhaps that's all. Minuses. In the evening, the waiter, without hair on his head, so as not to be mistaken, with the face of the owner of the establishment,, HELPING IN QUOTES,, You eat. Extremely intrusive with familiarity... I don't want to go into details. THE BIGGEST MINUS IS THIS IS A PAYING BAR!!! After skiing, I want to sit in the dining room, relax, and share my impressions. But?! You cannot bring your own drinks! THIS IS NOT SAID ANYWHERE!!! There is brandy and local wine in the bar. The prices are not affordable at all. And how can we, residents of a sunny country, where every resident understands both wine and strong drinks, drink local drinks, which, personally, in my opinion, are not very good?! This is the concept of the hotel. I gave you a zero rating! But the people who work for the benefit of the hotel deserve their score! Therefore, this is the assessment! The hotel is ok, food is good, but breakfast could be more various. The rooms are clean, but not luxurious clean (I mean, there were spider webs on the walls). The pool was cold and that’s a big minus unfortunately, because we chose this place being with a baby. Also, if you want bath robes, they are not included in the room price. They are 7 leva. Sauna is ok.

We stud there for 5days, great days, great hotel. Nice rooms, hot, with kitchen inside :) cable tv and view. Cleaned daily, and well supplied. The food was good, cofee great but the juice machine had some issues, but who drinks juice :) Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, all great. Great choice for a hotel.
