The hotel has good rooms for the price. Good WiFi, as well. Provides access to Pirin Golf SPA which is excellent. Has very, very poor breakfast. Razlog is very nice and calm small town. It has some charming taverns with tasty food and affordable prices.

The hotel is not new but is in good condition. The apartments are very spacious, nice and clean. What I really liked was the bedroom - they are using very nice aroma flavour in the bedroom that just makes you relaxed and willing to stay in bed. Otherwise the food was very poor - not much choice and always cold. So I do not recommend to eat there. The additional services were great - they are providing together with the room a voucher to use the Spa center and swimming pool in Pirin Golf resort for free. So it was great experience to visit Pirin Golf and use the great 5 star Spa center, which I recommend on 100%. So I may say we are happy with the stay in the hotel as the price is good and the apartment was nice.

We came here for the New Year eve. The hotel looks very old fashioned and straightforward ugly from outside, but from inside is renovated and looks much better. The room was spacious, clean and very cozy with wooden beans on the sealing. All rooms were very warm which is quite important in the winter. Service was OK. The only downfall is the spa. They have only a sauna and a steam bath. Both were off when we went to the spa and we have to wait for 1 hour to start operating properly, but even then the steam bath was not really hot. The hotel was also supposed to provide massages (against charge), but the lady on reception explained that the masseur is very busy because of the holidays and can not come to this hotel and we need to go to another partner hotel. The partner hotel is the 5 stars Katerini near Bansko and you can also use their spa for free, which is probably the best spa in town so this is definitely a plus and is good reason enough to visit their spa center. The issue is that the prices of the massages there are like +50% and we were not warned and we discovered this little detail at the end when we were charged. Anyway – after a rather tens discussion with the reception back at our hotel they refunded the difference in couple of days so I did bury the hatchet. Aside from that little bump I think that considering the very reasonable price (especially compared with Bankso hotels) and the fact that you can use Katerini’s spa center for free the hotel actually represent very good value for money.
