We were in Bansko for winter vacation in 2023 2 adults and 2 children Nice and clean room, they change towels every day and beds at two days The food was tasty and at good price The pool was perfect I recomand

The complex itself had many good facilities including a spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a basic gym, and tennis courts. The food was average from both the bar and the restaurant. Staff were often unhelpful particularly when checking out - got held up because apparently towels were missing from our rooms although they were not. Language barrier was also an issue at times.

NICE TO JUST SIT BY THE POOL WITH A BEER , good food too and not too expensive always have good times here. lovely in winter to sit by the fire before pooping back to aspen valley..keep up the good work
