Worst place I ever been! This is not a 4 stars hotel, the pictures don't show the reality! We had to find another hotel to continue our vacation, the food was very bad, they didn't cleaned the room...

First of all, it is not a 4 stars hotel. Probably, the description of the resort found on web is not actual. Most part of services are not available. The playground for kids is not maintained...

I've been traveled for more than 25 years. I never had an experience like that. The worst hotel ever !!!!! I think the pictures gonna tell you what you gonna find here. I do not reccomend if you care...
