an unpleasant experience! we checked in yesterday 20/07. it's 3:33 at night and I don't sleep because of the noise. it's not normal, there's a club across the street from this hotel, where you can hear the music as if you were in a club. it's not OK, it's my choice what I want to do at night, and I want to sleep, not hear the music.

We arrived here in friday and were given a room on the 8th floor, which does not have an elevator and takes 10 minutes to get from the lobby to the room by stairs. We have spiders on our floor and we are a couple and they gave us 2 single beds instead of a double bed. We are disappointed with the service. I don't think this hotel is 4 stars. The staff doesn't change the sheets every day and everything is dirty and there is rust in the taps. On the day of check-out, we weren't allowed to take coffee when leaving the hotel for the airport. The service is bad and racist.

I do not usually write hotel reviews, but this time I feel I have to. We travelled as two families with children, and honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We read many positive reviews before booking, but our real experience was completely different. The biggest problem was the service and overall attitude of the staff. Most of the staff looked annoyed all the time, without any smile or willingness to help. Asking something simple felt uncomfortable. Apart from the reception and the animators, almost nobody spoke English, even at the bar. Food was a huge disappointment. Every day it was almost the same, including the same soup for the whole week. There were long queues for food and very often no free tables, so we had to wait with hungry children until someone finished eating. Food and desserts were not refilled properly. If you came later, many things were already gone, especially desserts. They were replaced mostly with cheap biscuits. The drinks were also very poor. The alcohol tasted extremely cheap, the soft drinks were the lowest quality sugary drinks, and even normal soda water was missing. Coffee was terrible too. June was clearly not taken seriously by the hotel. Many things shown in videos or mentioned in reviews were not available during our stay, such as ice cream or proper evening programs. The evening shows started only on July 1st. But when July started, the hotel became extremely overcrowded and lunch was even worse because there was nowhere to sit. The room was acceptable and cleaned regularly, but we had a Deluxe room and the bathroom was still old. Wi-Fi was unstable. Also, do not pay extra for the “sea view”. The photo looks edited, because in reality the sea is much further away and barely visible. There was also a safety issue, as some children cut their feet on something in the children’s pool, which is not acceptable. Overall, this hotel does not feel like a 4-star hotel at all. Maybe 3 stars at most. We were very disappointed and I would not choose this hotel again.
