Emberli

I stayed in Emberli for 2 weeks last summer and it is a perfect holiday location. I lived in apt 503, which surprisingly costs the same as other one bedrooms but it is a top floor, seaview, large terrace, penthouse like apt! Emberli is located close to the beautiful golden-sand beaches and to the vibrant settlement of Lozenets with its restaurants and clubs. Emberli has its own restaurant and a large swimming pool. I will come back for sure!

Stayed in july 2017. We really loved the place. The hotel is new, only 100m from the main beach and 15 min walk to the “coral” beach - a very private and quiet place. The hotel has the largest pool in Lozenets and the only one with swim-up bar. The restaurant is nice with good prices. A small shop is nearby and big supermarket 10 min walking distance. Try to book apartment 503 - in my opinion the best in the complex . It is top floor one bedroom suite. It has 2 big terraces with great pool/sea/village views. Well equipped with new fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2 flat screen tv’s, fast internet.

Stayed for 3 days, overall not good, there were some issues which were not a big deal to us but more frustrating because they could be easily fixed. * Shower head broken (only thing they fixed) * electrical socket not working in kitchen so could not operate two things together. * tap in bathroom broken and sprays water in wrong direction. * entry card socket on inside wall broken and kept falling off. * wardrobe door broken and did not close. * we overlooked the pool at the front and there are lots of bright lights outside all night which shine through because the curtains are see through. * lamp was broken and held together by a plaster. * sofa bed had a metal bar which made it very uncomfortable to sleep on. * Had to ask everyday for toilet paper. We told the reception about these on the first day and only the shower was fixed, nothing else, they are mainly only minor issues but things that are easily and cheaply fixed and would leave the customer with a better experience. It seems as though everything is done as cheap as possible with no thought for the customers comfort, we found it difficult to sleep because of the light coming through from the see through curtains all night and the pillows were awful. All that being said it was clean and the ladies on reception were nice and pleasant and the pool area was lovely but it's not cheap for a Bulgarian hotel and should be better, we have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bulgaria so can say this with confidence.... we would not stay again based on our stay....
