This is not a hotel that you should have all inclusive in. The drinks and grogs were awful. The only thing that was decent was the beer and the wine. The food was pretty good variety on. However, it was cold almost every day. Don't know when they cooked it. Housekeeping wanted more to offer. Saw debris on the floor throughout our stay. They tried to have some activities at the hotel. Since most people went down to the beach, there were almost no participants, and my wife and I participated several times ourselves. No entertainment any time throughout the week in the evenings. Big minus. Everywhere a mediocre hotel. Will not visit Hotell Europa any more time.

We arrived 2 couples, we made the reservation together, we received rooms with a connector door that hears every whisper from the other side, without a drop of privacy as a couple, they did not agree to exchange us for a room claiming they were fully occupied. There was no choice and every day repeated itself. The level of cleanliness is poor, we do not change sheets, we just throw a blanket on the bed as if it were cleaned, the room is not cleaned at all, the shower and the bathroom are not cleaned, we came back to the room after a full day, we did not clean and we did not change towels, the casino was closed and did not work, in short, we do not recommend approaching this hotel in any way although the price is cheap, but what is cheap is expensive, don't be tempted, there are million times better hotels "Besny Beach" in Burgas.

This hotel was great neutral back in 2017 when I last visited. Since the refurbishment it has taken a seriously Zionist turn with Israeli officials and IDF soldiers all choosing to stay here. They even named their restaurant ‘Little Israel’ despite Israel’s genocide in Gaza. This hotel sold its sold for some shekels. They don’t even have a multi-faith room just a Jewish synagogue in there. I could hardly stomach my food watching so many baby killers enjoying themselves.
