Hotel Atlantis

We basically used the pool because we spent part of the day at the beach. In this regard, the pool was beautiful and clean, as was the area around it, which was always well-kept. The location is well-located with access to the beaches. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the quieter style of Sarafovo.

...actually quite nice, unfortunately the pool is used like an outdoor pool, The actual vacationers don't get a sunbed because the whole place goes swimming there..better would be access only for guests! No restaurant as recruited...is just empty...

I didn’t stay in the hotel, I travelled there to use their gym facilities. The price for the gym was pretty cheap for 2 weeks which was fine. During one of my visits to the gym I decided to have a look around downstairs, as there was the gym and spa area. I am not Bulgarian so I cannot read the signs I just fancied a look around. I did not enter any of the rooms I simply walked along the corridor that the gym was also on. One of the members of staff then came out of one of the rooms and began to shout at me. I explained that I was only having a look and that I didn’t enter any of the rooms I was simply walking along the corridor, she then continued to raise her voice at me, bear in mind I am only 17 and look plenty younger, oldest I would say I look is 14. I apologised multiple times explaining that I didn’t realise that I wasn’t allowed there, where she still continued shouting at me. I ended up saying sorry again and she rolled her eyes and gave me a dirty look where I then returned to the gym. I do not appreciate being spoken to in that way not only as a person but as a minor, I did not raise my tone in any way I was very polite but was only greeted with disrespect. A lot of the other reviews speak of rude staff members and now I see why.
