LTI Neptun Beach

The hotel itself has some positives. It was clean, the pool was well maintained, and the location couldn't be closer to the town centre. The food was about what you'd expect from an all-inclusive resort—nothing exceptional, but acceptable. However, if you're booking a standard room, be aware that getting a decent night's sleep is almost impossible. The standard room block is directly next to a funfair that operates until around 2am, and beside a nightclub that stays open until 6am. The noise is relentless. It genuinely feels like you're trying to sleep inside the nightclub. Every night was disturbed, and I was left exhausted for the entire holiday. Instead of returning home feeling refreshed, I came back needing another holiday just to recover. If you decide to stay here, I strongly recommend paying extra for a room in a different part of the hotel, well away from the nightclub and funfair. Otherwise, don't expect a peaceful stay. What made the experience even more disappointing was the attitude of the hotel staff. When we raised our concerns about the noise, they were dismissive and unwilling to help. They refused to move us to another room and showed little interest in listening to our complaint. The lack of concern for guests' comfort was frustrating and left a very poor impression

Everything great staff super. Rooms great.

Room was lovely we did not have sea view but room and bed was comfortable. Hotel was not busy when we went only started to build up before we left. There was not much do for kids as the fair was not open. Kids entertainment was none not sure what this like in peak time. Beach right outside good location. Food was good would come back again but not as a family.
