Booked through booking.com a room with breakfast but unfortunately there was no breakfast nor an understanding as no staff could speak a word of English. Check-in was a challenge as well as checkout as there was nobody at the reception and every time I had to call the hotel from my mobile phone(long distance), to ask for someone to attend! Even the request for invoice was difficult as again no English understood or spoken. Apart from that, location wise The hotel is good and quality of beddings is satisfactory. Shower did not have a door so the bathroom would become a swimming pool! There are better hotels with same/ similar prices that actually do offer what they advertise.

this is an excellent hotel, really in the city center. all is new and recently renovated, even if the building is an ancient palace very nice. not so far from the sea (2/300 meters). The restaurant (Italiano Cafè) is fantastic... with really Italian genuine food. To top it off, the value for money is unbeatable as you get much more than what you pay for. Highly recommended! we pay in february just 30 euros for night included breakfast, for a beautiful room. even staff is so friendly and helpful. An important thing for us was the wifi which was very powerful in the entire hotel and freely available

I haven't been in this hotel for at least 5 years, because of all the problems that it used to have - bad service, messy rooms. But now, they have changed the owner, the staff and they have renovated the whole bulding. Everything is clean, new and very cozy! We ate at the restaurant - the food was delicious! Great Italian cuisine, and the 'panna cotta' was the best I have eaten in Burgas! We really enjoyed everything there! Highly recommend the hotel for business travel!
