Serena Residence

Dirty room when we arrived. No functional kitchen full of ants. They nerver cleaned under the whole week and we had the same towels. The food was most the same and it was cold. The young staff was extremly stressed.

Last year we were in Serena Residence with the kids. Great place, great spacious rooms, All Inclusive was at the level. The best children's animation - Bassil is great! This year we are there again !!!

This place is more family orientated,with lots of children visiting but no entertainment for the kids provided.I think the area will benefit from at least a small playground or a bouncy castle or something or the children get extremely bored taking in mind the location. Location for us was perfect hearing the crickets at night time,bare in mind that there is walking distance to the beach and if you do not enjoy walking that is not good for you.I personally did my jogging in the morning from the hotel to the beach and back and found it OK.The area is rustic which I liked,but if you are looking for nightlife,etc. look for another place .Kavaci beach is pleasant,nice. I found it basic all inclusive comparing to other hotels,everybody was complaining that food is terrible,roughly cooked and not fresh.It is not perfect ,it is eatable,I had salads more than everything else as to be honest meat looked not so well cooked but there were other things that I liked like fruits.Do not expect much variety. For people looking for value for money it is OK,it's got 3 stars because still new but if you are looking for quality that is not the place. Staff in the restaurant was very friendly and they worked really hard. We ave chosen this place because of Kavaci beach as we loved it,it is a bit pricy for what they offer but overall we have enjoyed our holiday there.
