Serenity Bay

Very good service & cleanliness. Have room cleaning service everyday. Very clean hotel. Good food & service. Food and drink services available all day including poolside bar and restaurant. Bus stop located nearby to go into town, although not too much around area. Most notable is the entertainment team (eg Volen, Georgi and Didi), making it a fun experience everyday all day for all ages. Nothing to say negative about hotel only location is quite & nothing much do around. No night life outside the hotel but have shows inside hotel performing by Animation team.

Excellent location, clean and spacious rooms, and a very friendly hotel staff —the young people at the reception were polite and considerate. The food was diverse and very well prepared. My only complaint is about the alcohol - the quality was very poor. If I knew, I would have brought some myself. The best part was the entertainment team, led by the team leader - Volen! They are a charming, cheerful, and dedicated to their work young people. They create a great mood and athmosphere with the daytime activities, and in the evenings, they amaze us with shows and dance skills and make us laugh wholeheartedly. Thank you, Volen, Didi, Georgi, and Kali!
