We booked the hotel through Duf Rejser because we could see that the hotel had 4 stars. That's why we expected it to be a good hotel. Unfortunately, we experienced problems from the start. When we arrived, several things in the room were destroyed. Rooms service works very badly. Toilet paper will not be filled up and we will not get clean towels unless we ask for it. The staff also enters the room even when you lie down and sleep, and it generally doesn’t seem like the service is under control. The food is also very poor and does not live up to expectations at all. The place itself is fine enough, but the hotel does not live up to the description and the standard presented at the time of booking.

The worst hotel I ever been at it’s dirty and disgusting beds are dirty I went to reception and tell them that the beds are dirty they said we gonna take care of it,,, and nothing I told them 5 times to go clean it up and they didn’t,, the food is terrible 🤢 the room keeping is joke no towels no toilet paper ,,,the pool is not that big as they advertised and is freezing cold,, the staff is pretending that they don’t understand English and just leave Avoid that hotel by 100miles Will never recommend

I stay at this hotel if you want your deposit back. If you are Danes, they take your money. Really bad hotel. Nothing can be done. The receptionist shouts at the guests.
