I vacationed at Zornitsa for two years in a row - 20 and 21 years old! Beautiful hotel area, Large rooms, Super food! In the lobby bars you could get drinks and food until late. On the beach there is water, beer, juice for free. Thank you!

For a mystery hotel, an 18-30 holiday and how little we paid I was surprised at how good the hotel was, reasonably priced food (as we went room only), amazing location to shops and the strip. The room was a decent size which was clean with fresh towels every day and had a fridge included. The staff were always helpful with smiles. One of the best parts to this hotel was the reps for the club 18-30, so enthusiastic and encouraging to involve you in the day and night events and were incredibly friendly. They'd involve themselves in your holiday, joining you around the pool and in the clubs to ensure you had the best experience. Charlie and Marc went above and beyond the job of a rep and gave us a memorable holiday. Definitely recommend!

1. DIRT IS EVERYWHERE: we came to dirty apartament. Floors were not cleaniang for a very long time. I went to reception with intervention. Woman cleaned only 10 cm place where i showed her that there is a sand (first day of our holidays). Because rooms are cleaning once for 3 days we waited next 5 days but floor was still dirty. I decided to clean by myself (result on the photo made after few moves on the floor) but when i saw this i decided to go to reception. After second intervention floor was cleaned like it should be. 2.AIR CONDITIONING!-->works good but with MUSHROOMS. Only first night we used it and 2 days after that horrible caugh. Now we are on antibiotics and lying in the bad after holidays. 3.Nobody cares about guests: cans after beer all over the swimming pool, in swimming pool, papers etc. They clean it at the end of the day once. 4. Hotel and area is very noisy but we were prepared for this and we knew about it. 5. I don't reccomend for families, couples. 6. Staff unfriendly. 7. We had devastated: doors from balcon, doors from wardrobe,main doors, safe was broken. After intervention right away they fixed it-i admit. 8. No animation 9. Owner count only his money but doesn't care about his guests at all or has no idea how does it look like.
