We were on a business trip for five days in Russe; we would like to highlight the service of Kasal, who tried to help us with all the problems we had, except for a non-functioning air conditioning unit. At 38°C, you feel powerless. They did organize a move to another room, but all in all, this was of course also associated with significant effort. Selling coffee capsules for two euros is simply outrageous, especially when booking a room apartment that costs €130.

It is very expensive at €100 for a double room. The room is old, the window doesn't open, and there is no terrace; this is not 4 stars. The reception service is terrible and rude. In the dining room, there isn't enough food for breakfast—if you arrive at or after 9:00 AM, there is almost nothing left. They frequently shut off the water in the rooms. I felt cheated; I hoped for 4 stars but received less than 1. Write honestly about the hotel and do not mislead people.

Location: Very nice location near lots of places to explore on foot. Near to one of the best restaurants in Ruse: Terassa Restaurant. Atmosphere was nice. I made my reservations on the phone and the girl at reception was super friendly, sharp and quick. The penthouse apartment was sparkling clean and shart but here we started having not great experiment: the lack of Welcome fruit bowl advertised on their website was a huge disappointment. Despite commenting about the lack of it at the reception I didn't get the fruit bowl. The SPA experience was not great. The receptionist girl was barely answering our questions. Only the pool was included in the price of the stay, and the pool reeked of chlorine and despite that was dirty. You had to schedule each of your cabin SPA visits by the hour. Which is not what I would describe as relaxing. Also the SPA experience for the other visitors was not clear that SPA cabin was booked which was also unstettling. The restaurant had great atmosphere. We had a great time with the live music event (live event was not included in the price of the stay). Also we had a hair in one of the dishes which the manager was kind to compliment us with a free bottle of wine. But in the bill receipt the dish with the hair was present, which also weird.
