Really good hotel, and a place to chill after a days boarding, Staff are great, good food, rooms are clean and tidy, and cleaned regular. If were back next year this will be the place were booking

Very good value for money Breakfast and evening meal / again if you like Bulgarian food then spot on it’s enough and for what your paying extremely good value Very clean and fair size rooms Very clean bathroom with really good power shower and bath runs in 3 mins! Small bar in reception not really for the evening but ok for late night hot choc!! Tv a bit small for the room but take your FIRE STICK as good internet and Netflix no problem Ski bus picks up / returns outside to slopes Fridge in room but no coffee/tea making ( little travel kettle) 24 hour mini market next door!! We stayed here in December 2019. The hotel is small compared to others in town but has a warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed relaxing in the bar area in the evening. The stand-out memory for me was the New Year celebrations - a fabulous banquet with traditional music and dancing. We also like the Pamporovo resort- friendly and a warm welcome. Lots of local specialities in the various mountain bars - and such a wonderful view from the tower and the chairlifts.
