Alpin

We had a fantastic stay for our family skiing holiday at the Alpin Hotel and Lodges. We stopped in Lodge number 4. Nice, clean and cosy with ski and boot storage area. Good size with a comfy double bed and two proper single beds for the kids in a separate room. Bathroom look to have just been refurbished and really nice. Room was cleaned every day with new towels. The Lodges are in a great location to the slopes for the nursery slopes and 4 man chair lift. Really close to ski rental and ski school they also have their own ski and boot rental. Very close to restaurants, cafes and bars, along to local shops in the area. Breakfast was good with local produce and just the right choice to start the morning ready for skiing. Their restaurants has great local food and catering for all, with lovely food and reasonable prices. I would love to go back as we had a fantastic time. Saff were great and Hotel Porter couldn't been more helpful. Thanks Alpin for a great holiday.

This was our first time staying in the Rila region, but we’ll choose it every time we arrive. Very good location. Very close to the elevator and ski school. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean. We loved it.

Just returned from New Year week at this hotel as a group of 4 families. We had a fabulous time. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Slavche the staff couldn’t do enough. He was really friendly and helpful and carried some really heavy cases for us! We ate in the restaurant one night and the food and service was really good. We had 6 different tabs running and the waitress coped brilliantly. The only issue we had was the hot water which wasn’t consistent and sometimes meant one of us had a cold/lukewarm shower. The hotel itself is a bit dated but it’s warm, comfortable and the location is amazing.
