Euphoria Club Hotel & Spa

We just got back from a week stay here at Euphoria club hotel. Honestly could not fault it! I was so shocked to see the last two reviews, very negative, seems there are some people you just can’t please! There are two pools, one is adults only which is perfect for me and my husband. Fresh towels are provided & there is access to steam and sauna too. Rooms are big with very comfortable beds, I slept really well. Breakfast is brilliant. So many options. It is buffet so can be warm rather than hot. You can have different breads, eggs, hashbrowns, sausages, bacon. They do pancakes and pastries with lots of different toppings. They also have yogurt, cereal and fruit too. Two coffee machines & juice machines too. The staff are amazing, so friendly & welcoming. I loved my stay & would definitely come back

This so-called four-star hotel is hard to beat in terms of cosiness and is more reminiscent of a sober sanatorium from times gone by than a house where you feel welcome. There is no sign of four-star service or comfort in the approach – the missing stars are also reflected in many other negative reviews, which unfortunately you can only agree with. Personality or hospitality is sought in vain, even at the reception. A polite request for a queen-size bed submitted in writing the day before was rejected in a strikingly unfriendly tone. The conversation was simply very uncomfortable and condescending. For this bed, an additional 55 euros should be paid – with a strikingly high room rate of about 155 euros for one person and one night. The restaurant, as the pictures show, also does not invite you to linger: functional, cold, without any mood. Paths and stairs to the building were not cleared or scattered in winter conditions – in my opinion safety-relevant and dangerous. The balcony is completely without furniture, emblematic of the entire equipment: minimalist to the point of desolation. In addition, there is the location far outside the ski resort. Without a car, you are practically lost, and even with a car, additional costs are incurred by finding a parking space and fees. Overall a house without charm, warmth or service thoughts. A recommendation is not possible in any way.

This hotel is a complete scam. Advertised as 4 stars, it doesn’t deserve even 2. Rooms are barely equipped: no hangers, no glasses, no tea cups — nothing. The sofa advertised as suitable for two adults is a joke: wooden boards and a 2 cm thin mattress. My children slept terribly and woke up in pain every day. Breakfast is poor in both quality and quantity. We didn’t dare to try any other meals. The pool looks nice, but it’s separated from the building, so after swimming you have to run in the cold. Pool showers flood the entire changing room, there are no hairdryers, and the SPA is tiny, old, and useless — none of the showers work. The hotel is located several kilometers from town, on a dark, unlit road through nowhere. A car is mandatory. I’m writing this review only because they keep deleting negative Google reviews. Otherwise I wouldn’t bother. This is exactly how they keep deceiving new guests — and I don’t want someone else to fall for it.
