It is a very nice hotel. The breakfast is great. I recomed this place.

The facities were poor, the bar was never open they had the worst boot room, I wouldn't let a stray cat go inside. As for the receptionist, well he was the most rude unhelpful person I've ever met. We arrived at 4:30 am due to our flight time. We found a terrible note in the end giving us a number to ring in which he had a go at us then and in the morning, the staff have been the most in helpful people. I wouldn't ever advise ever staying at this hotel or resort for that matter. Even the ski hire people were rude. Please do mo think about coming here.

Hotel rooms are dated but clean enough. Shower is nice and hot and rooms are warm but radiator pipes clicked all night and kept me awake. Breakfast selection is good but hot food was lukewarm, sometimes stone cold, never hot. The man serving in the restaurant wore the same Halloween sweatshirt every day, not very hygienic! On New Year’s Day we went to breakfast and the man on reception said breakfast doesn’t start til 10 as they were cleaning up after a NYE party. I said we weren’t aware and he pointed to a sign on the desk saying it’s opening late & said rudely that the sign was there yesterday. Maybe a note under our door or on the main door would have been better. We were first in there and the dirty table cloths were still on from the night before and there was nothing to drink! The coffee machine wasn’t working, there was no cold or hot water. Even though breakfast had just opened the food was too cold to eat. Not acceptable.
