Gloria Palace Hotel

Dear All, After several attempts (by emails and by calls that finally were ignored) we can not saying anything else...as the hotel staff stolen our small boy’s mascot - his favorite toys ! Just after we have left room we noticed that this mascot stayed in the hotel room. We phoned hotel 2 hours after our check out and the man at the reception told us that he will check with maids. I wrote email just to be sure that all persons are aware out this loss. We received the reply that they will search for it. The same evening I called them and I’ve received information that they did not have a chance to contCt cleaning ladies. From this moment any of my emails neither calls were not picked up. That’s absolutely disgusting to not having courage at least to tell me that you didn’t find the mascot !!!! Not picking my calls (as you see my phone number ) it’s showing very very bad customer treatment and absolutely unacceptable behavior!!!! I’m still waiting for official information that mascot was stolen.

I would stay away from this place the only good thing about it was the staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable but apart from that breakfast was very cold and no microwave to heat the food up the room we had was apparently a deluxe room that we paid for with a balcony ha, the balcony was over looking a roof top there was no hot water and both doors into the room were damaged never again will I stay at hotel it was a disgrace, I have stayed in better places in Bulgaria for less .

I booked that hotel for 3 nights because of the location. On arrival the room was filthy, even the toilet was not flushed! The duvet sheet was used and not changed, the bed sheet was stained but fresh. The furniture was never dusted. I bet there are better rooms but I still cannot recommend although the receptionist was very apologetic. Full refund but very disappointed.
