Central Hotel

I’ve been here for 7 nights and the service here is awful the food it’s terrible I hate it I was starving in hotel each day so we was eating Macdonald all days room service is normal not bad at room view but the door lock was broken for us every 2 hour and we should to change the card over and over personally with my family we hate this hotel but I surely offer u hotel international for Bulgaria’s royale state trip

Poor service. The time supper is 18:00 to 20:00 ( more like hospitals!). Most of the time there is no cup, no glasses and no tea bags! You should go downstairs to ask for a glass of Coca ( if still not finished!). Food quality is not bad.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights from hotels.com. The hotel has seen its best days. Rooms are quite clean but beds are very hard. We were suppose to have garden view but we saw only backyard. The minibar in the room is also empty. We asked that from the reception and they said that there is a shop near if you need something. Breakfast is bad and breakfast room is very messy/ dirty. This really is not a 4 stars hotel!!!
