It was the fourth time I came to this hotel and I can say that it was exactly the same as the first time. Hardworking employees, always with a smile on their faces. Spacious and clean rooms, very good food, drinks in the lobby bar and pool bar as well. Pizza and cakes at the snack at 4:00 PM excellent. Wonderful pool. We will definitely come back

I usually try not to be overly critical, but calling this a 4-star hotel is a different level of audacity. I honestly cannot see how it qualifies as anything above 2 stars. Staying here felt less like a holiday and more like an unexpected trip back to communist times, with the overall experience falling far below what was advertised. The hotel seems to have been built once and then completely forgotten about. The carpets are worn out, the facilities are tired, and it feels like every corner is begging for renovation. The shower curtain and even the window curtains appear to have been designed by someone conducting an experiment in minimal coverage. Neither is long enough to do its job properly, so after every shower you get the added bonus of cleaning up a flood in the bathroom. The entertainment team deserves special recognition for their dedication to consistency. They play the exact same music every single day. After three days, I felt like I was trapped in a never-ending episode of a very bad TV show. Perhaps investing in a second playlist could be considered a future improvement. The food follows the same philosophy. Day after day, it is essentially the same selection on repeat. Thankfully there was one fish dish I genuinely liked, so I ended up eating it every day. The hotel charges for parking, but perhaps some of that money could be invested in the entrance. The road and sidewalk are not on the same level, so every arriving guest gets a complimentary suspension test. The nights were no better. Between drunk guests shouting late into the night, getting a good night's sleep was nearly impossible. Reception did nothing about it despite multiple complaints. Only after contacting them for the third time was I finally offered a different room so I could get some sleep. While I appreciated the room change, it would have been far better if the noise issue had been addressed in the first place. This was actually the first accommodation we have ever left early. We reached the point where literally any alternative sounded more appealing than spending another night here. If you're looking for a nostalgic journey into the past, endless reruns of the same music and food, surprise indoor flooding after every shower, and sleepless nights accompanied by drunken shouting, then this may be the perfect destination. If you're looking for a genuine 4-star hotel experience, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Solid hotel, good value for money. The buffet is also very good. Staff super friendly!
