I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is still marketed as a 4 stars. Calling it 4 stars is misleading. At best, this is a neglected 2-star hotel living off an outdated rating. I booked knowing it was a budget option and had realistic expectations. A lower price should mean fewer amenities, not luxurious, smaller rooms maybe, not filthy and a lack for basic standards... Cleanliness was unacceptable. Dishes, tables and floors were flithy and sticky. I found a HAIR INSIDE OF A MEATBALL, and some desserts tasted SPOILED, as if made with bad milk. I tried reporting the food issues, but the waiter did not speak other languages for us to communicate properly, so nothing was resolved. Not enough qualified staff-even though they were mostly polite they were clearly overwhelmed. It might have been a good 4 star hotel back in the days but no one cared enough to take care or it. Almost everything is worn out, and overdue for replacement, WIFI not working, smelly rooms, curtains had brown stains, bathtub not draining properly from day 1 due to bad design, poor food with odd choices. The most frustrating part is that these issues are not new. I saw similar reviews before booking but hoped they were resolved. The same issues have apparently existed for years, which means MANAGER EITHER DOES NOT CARE or is incapable of fixing them. And please, spare everyone the standard copy-paste response about valuing feedback and looking into the issues. If management actually cared about guest feedback, these complaints would not still be appearing year after years. This hotel is not a bargain.The lower price may attract you, but you will leave FRUSTRATED AND GROSSED OUT. There are far better places to spend your money. Book literally anywhere else. !Given the food hygiene issues I witnessed, I will be submitting formal complaints to the relevant authorities. Finding foreign objects in food and serving spoiled-tasting dairy products is a serious health and safety concern!

1) The location is excellent, near the beach. 2) Food is varied, without seafood. There was ice cream about 4 p.m. every day. 3) Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. The towels were only changed at the end of the stay. In principle, everything was satisfactory for the unprejudiced guests.
