I would like to warn future guests about my experience. My wife needed urgent medical assistance because of severe dental pain, so I asked the hotel reception to call a doctor. I was simply told that a doctor would come in about 30 minutes. At no point was I informed that this was a private medical service or that there would be a €110 charge just for the doctor's visit. Only after the treatment did I discover these charges. If I had been informed in advance that the doctor was a private doctor and that the visit would cost €110, I would have contacted my travel insurance provider before accepting the service or considered other available medical options. I believe guests should be clearly informed about any charges before medical services are arranged. Transparency is essential, especially when someone is dealing with a medical emergency.

Very very expensive for what they offer!! I was here with my family, 4 rooms and we have the bad experience what we didn’t expect. The food was very bad, they put every single day the same food. The parking is so expensive. The cleaning is bad as well, we stay 3 days with the same towels, even we put them on the floor they didn’t came to change them. Every thing is bad in this hotel!! I didn’t recommend to anyone!

I am currently on a holiday with my extended family and we are having an awful time. This hotel it is not a 4 star hotel, this is a maximum 3 star, but they are charging for 4 star services. The service it is very poor, the rooms are outdated, smelly, and the mattresses are very uncomfortable (all 8 of us are complaining of back pains due to the bad mattress). The cleaning service it is very poor, they haven’t check the rooms and clean for days. The food it is the same food every single day, very poor choice and horrible, literally canteen food. Also sometimes smells like sewage on the corridors and in the bathrooms. When we went to reception to speak with a manager about all the issues, first of all the manager didn’t even bother to come to talk to us, he/she sent a colleague to speak with us. The lady couldn’t tell us anything legit and as a “complimentary” they offered us a dinner at the à la cart restaurant, which it is not even complimentary because it was already included in our stay. They are a joke! Better stay away!
