Paradise Green Park

Holidaying with his family. I liked it all. The room is spacious, the kitchen is great. The only thing is, there's no pool bar, there's no music in the dining room, although there are screens and speakers. No lobby bar. Out of nuance , did not like barmaid Camellia, who swore in Bulgarian during service (I was told by holidaymakers who knew Bulgarian) and often did not even look in the direction of the customer. The rest of the staff were attentive and friendly. In general I recommend for family vacation.

Staff dismissive, refused to speak English. Scared the kids. The hotel is run down and dirty. Poo in the toilet, algae in the pool, loose feathers in the bed, and you get sick from the food. The facilities are not as presented. Is not a 1 star hotel, but a hostel. Closes 21 local time. Then turn off all lights. It is also in use as an asylum reception center and for permanent residents. Had to change hotels to get a few days of real vacation.

We paid for all inclusive and all the meals were horrible. We went to eat somewhere else... No hairdryer in the room. I went to ask at the reception for a dryer and the lady said " there are only 3 in the whole hotel and that no one has returned it yet ". Only 3 hairdryers in a big hotel with seven floors.
