I want to share my experience this year. Every year my parents and I went to this hotel with my husband and kids, but after a holiday this year, it was the last time. In past years (when tours were cheaper by the way) we were given good rooms for me and the children with a balcony to the forest and with normal beds. This year, we were given a very small room with a cot for the baby with a balcony with access to the dining room, where the smell of food was constantly coming from. We asked for a change of room at the reception, but we were ignored, as was the request for even towels. All our questions were not answered on purpose, it was visible. Out of our strength after the road we decided we weren't going to ask for anything else and ruin our holiday by ignoring the receptor. It was dirty in the room, I want to point out that it's never been (in all the 8 years we've been there) so terrible for the first time. Plus there were always towels on entry before. Thank you in general for the previous years of rest and for the absolutely terrible rest this year. We're not coming for sure anymore.

The room it was horrible, nobody is cleaning the hotel, also the food it was very bad, the same food 2 days in a row in different dishes. Nobody changes the towels or clean the room. Everything is miserable. The halls, the dining room and the rooms are always dirty and everything smelss bad.

I stayed 8 days at Preslav Hotel between 15 and 22 July. It is quite close to the beach, it has a clean pool that closes at 5 p.m., the staff is kind and willing to answer your questions. The food is good and various, though there is too much oil fried salami and sausages, yet many salads and fruits, home-made cookies and natural juice. What I didn't like was that they never changed towels or sheets in those 8 days! And also the fact that because the hotel has only 3 levels, it doesn't have an elevator. Persons with locomotor disability should definitely avoid this hotel. For its price it's very good.
