TERRIBLE HOTEL (essentially a children's camp with terrible conditions) The plates are junk murders. Old crumbled furniture, falling doors, mold in the bathroom. There's air conditioning, but to get the remote out of it, you have to fight at reception. The Internet is not from the word at all. Or rather, there are, but the many children who are everywhere just don't allow you to connect. Food is tin. That's the kind of sham I've never seen in even the cheapest hotels. Queues for food that you don't get more than one piece of. Handlers' brazenness is instantly activated if you request an additive The grounds are probably the only plus side of having a slide and a pool. There are not enough beds. Sea - 10 minutes walk nearest beach.

The Hotel Rossitsa, outside of Varna in the villa of Sv. Sv. Konstantin i Elena is a cheap but otherwise drab resort hotel. Amenities are minimal. A pool is available. The Black Sea is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Wi-Fi doesn't work, even after discussing with the lady at the front desk (who insisted that it worked simply by showing the router as being plugged in). Staff generally spoke very little English, and the lady at the front desk showed little interest in being hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was very basic and not particularly appetizing. The lunch buffet was a bit better though. Rooms were in rather poor shape, the closet door in my room fell off after the first attempt to slide it, paint was peeling, one of the lamps had no light bulb. The hotel is serviceable, and if budget is the primary consideration (and comfort, meals, and distance to the Black Sea are less important) then it can work for a brief stay. Otherwise, spend a few more Lev to get a nicer place, besides price there are really very few positives about this hotel.
