I wouldn't go to this hotel again in my life there is more polish people in there the food was nasty and the people was very arrogant and no mannersthe food was nasty too I wouldn't go to that hotel again in my life

Hotel has been renovated quite recently, so the rooms and corridors look better than expected for a 2-star hotel. The room smelled and the sheets had some stains, but at least the air conditioner worked well. Loud music comes from the hotel next door day and night. Staff doesn't really speak English or Russian. Towels are not changed in a week. Elevator usually doesn't work, but if it does it is a fun retro experience. Location is good, because through Sofia hotel stairs, beach can be reached in 10 minutes. I didn't go to the small pool because it was too dirty. Only had breakfast included in our package. No fruit at all, toast is pre-toasted so it is hard and cold. Coffee is undrinkable, comes from the machine. Cereal is very old tasting. You can have sausage, ham, egg, cheese, cucumber, warm milk (I rather wouldn't).

Terrible dirty disgusting !!! Rude staff! No service in the room at least u ask. But toilet never bin cleaned for a week even we asked. Food bad and cold. Staff very unhelpful. Bar instead 10 closing 9. Dining very dirty, no fruit or dessert choice.
