He rested at this hotel twice in August 2023 and August 2024. Great budget hotel. Rooms clean, daily cleaning. The staff is calm, responsive, unobtrusive. Power's all on. There is no variety of dishes, but you will never be hungry. Those who don't like everything inclusive, there are plenty of cafes. Anyway, I suggest you relax at this hotel.

I'm a travel agent and I usually stay in nice hotels. Now there was a task for 4 days budget to Bulgaria on business. Chose this hotel. This is my first experience at Hotel 2*. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It's old, the rooms are modest, need renovation, but clean, everything works. Air conditioning is included in the price. The area is small, it's pretty clean. There is a swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas are enough. Three elevators, which is important with a high floor. The food is normal, the chef is trying to diversify the menu. You won't be hungry, there will always be something to taste. There's not much choice, though. There are virtually no desserts: cookies or one kind of fruit. Coffee's tolerable. The drinks are not natural. The restaurant staff are wonderful people!
It's 15 minutes to the sea. A busy neighborhood nearby. The staff are friendly, deployed early.
One HUGE minus hotel-supermarket nearby. There's music rumbling at full volume 24 hours a day! I was given a corner room, with large panoramic windows on both sides, with stunning views of the Sea and Resort and I was excited at first. But that number became my curse. Since just below it is located this supermarket, which is apparently appointed by the Government of Bulgaria for the promotion of Bulgarian variety music to the whole world. But on the contrary, you start to hate Bulgarian music and Bulgarian businesses that don't respect the law on silence after 11 p.m.! The saddest thing about this situation is that my complaints about the receptions, the hotel management, go nowhere. They just gave up on the problem. They say it's useless to call the police. To be fair, on my last night, I was given another room where I finally slept for the first time. It was really quiet. Conclusion: the hotel pleasantly surprises with a decent set of services, as for the budget hotel 2*, if you are checked into a room near the supermarket-disco, ask for another. Better no sea view at all, swimming pool, most importantly away from unbearable noise! You'll never sleep at all! The main downside for me is the hotel management's unwillingness to solve the problem. And that criterion prevents me from recommending this hotel to my clients.

Our hearts sank when we arrived at the hotel. Nowhere near as nice as the surrounding hotels.
The lady on reception was frosty. We were given the choice of 2 rooms as we were told one is small.
We had to choose the smaller as we had requested 3 separate beds.
The air con worked, but the plug was hanging off and the wires were visible.
The room was small. There were 2 single beds along the wall and the other was the other side of the room, which was no more than 4ft apart.
We were given a WI-FI code for the room. It didn’t work.
Breakfast wasn’t great. The coffee machine wasn’t working. We didn’t know what all the food was on the buffet was (a few signs in different languages would be great).
After breakfast we decided to play a quick game of pool. The frosty receptionist from the night before wasn’t helpful when we asked to play. Thankfully there was a younger, more helpful receptionist who helped us. The pool table was broken, the cushions and pockets moved if you lent on them.
