Definitely the most despicable experience i ever had in my life...this hotel is actually similar to a public toilet.No toilet paper,nobody interested in changing the bedding sheets&towels...ants running freely under the beds,on top of the matress along with various other insects.I think i'm immune to every disease after i've been bitten by all sorts of insects in this hotel room:))) There's no way in the world this hotel is 2* never mind 3*.... As for the staff...most of them are despicable excuses for human beings,they show no interest in helping you. You've been warned...stay well clear from this outfit... Rooms: 1/5 |

I was so excited to come and everything was absolutely perfect. There’s a receptionist with the name Jelan that helped me with so many things and made our holiday absolutely perfect! The food is excellent, the room, Jelan always made me a coffee, haha, Allen’s has a very nice weather and air! I loved to talk to him and his help was absolutely big to me. Cheers to all, visit this place! ❤️

This is the most appalling hotel we have ever stayed at. To begin with, the rooms don’t even have a hairdryer or a fridge, and when you ask at reception, they say they don’t provide such amenities. When we checked into the room, there was used toilet paper in the bathroom bin from previous guests. There were also dead bugs on the floor and cobwebs on the walls. The bathroom drain was completely clogged and didn’t absorb any water. We have never had a worse experience at a hotel. Do not stay at this hotel under any circumstances if you decide to visit Albena!!!!!
