This hotel was absolutely horrible. The food was mediocre and the room very small. What shocked me the most was the service. The staff was so rude and careless. We came to reception about 30 min before the check in and it took more than 2 hours for us to enter the room. The lounge area with the bar had a piano and as I sat down, a man came to me and said “get the hell out of here”. Absolutely unacceptable. The water in the shower didn’t work well. I’m very disappointed and will definitely not come back. Гостиница обычная, еда тоже но то что меня шокировала это похабное отношение к клиенту. Мы ждали больше два часа чтобы заселиться и работники были совершено не приветливы. Я селе у пиано и сражу же пришёл работник и выгнал меня. Просто кошмар, как таких людей нанимают?!! Более того они шепталась на болгарском что то о нас. Очень не красиво, точно никогда не приедем обратно.

Never again! We have stayed there in August and that was our vacation (2 adults and 1 child). From the first sight, everything seemed to be quite good as we didn’t expect from the 4-starred hotel to be the same as a 5-starred one. But then… We came to the hotel at 6 AM and wanted to pay money for the early check-in. The girls at the reception appeared to be very rude and impolite and didn’t even want to discuss this option. Then we wanted to pay for breakfast. The answer was also negative. As a result, we left our luggage and went for the walk as we had plenty of time before the check-in. When we came back at 14:00, we finally got our key and were surprised that our room was based in the basement –0 floor, room 014. Coming inside, we were shocked: - lots of spiders on the ceiling - air conditioner didn’t work - fungus on the floor and walls - dirty towels and mirrors - broken TV - bathroom without light - dust all around (they told us the clean masters cleaned the room early in the morning?!) - a thick layer of mold in the bathroom - saturated smell of chlorine in the sleeping room - dirt and dust everywhere The room was definitely NOT SUITABLE for living. Pictures attached. Immediately, we came to the reception asking for the change of room. They smiled at us and nodded that it was impossible because our tour agency booked this type of rooms – Double Economy. We called to the agency and they mentioned that it was the fault of the hotel. VICIOUS CIRCLE. Mind the fact, the administrator was absent during the whole day. These talks and dialogues were resultless and we had to sleep in that room, hoping for the upcoming day. The next morning we came to hotel administrator who didn’t want to resolve the situation. After half an hour of arguing, she decided to give us the key to the other room. This time the room was better though the hairdryer was absent, and the bathroom was still in fungus. Overall, the hotel is OK, but these things that happened to us are inadmissible. Administrators do not perform their duties properly, cleaners as well, rude attitude to visitors, awful living conditions (for sure, I don’t know how the rooms were stored on other floors). The only positive moment was food – meals were delicious! The stars given are only for the kitchen.

We went there on 22nd of August, left on 23th, we were planning to stay for 5 days with all inclusive, but it was horrible and we left on the next day. 1. We asked for a parking place, but we didn't have one. 2. The furniture is old, unstable and uncomfortable. 3.The food was not nice at all- bad cheeses, low quality ham, deep fried pre-made meals. they often run out of napkins, cups, etc; it takes them really long to refill the containers with food. 4. The first room they gave us was without airconditioning, not to mention that it smelled like detergent and the air was stuffy. 5.The air condition on the room they moved us to, was leaking on the balcony and got our clothes wet... 6. In the bath- the shower holder was broken, the garbage bin as well, and there was a dirty towel left. 7. The beds were dreadful- part of old couch with bed-springs and a matrace on top of it, I almost fell off it, when I sat on it I just sank... 8.The pool was so dirty, the water was so turbid I was truely disgusted. 9. The all inclusive was very limited, only cheap drinks and food, available only in particular hours. 10. The pages of their book for reviews were not numbered, so I am pretty sure that my comment is not there anymore. 11. They tried to block us from commenting on booking.com, by saying that we haven't arrived for our reservation... That's my experience for 24 hours spend in the hotel.
