Maybe 3 stars is even too high!! Rooms with kingsbed are quite small to move around. TV was not properly working (people on my screen had greenish faces). The bathtub, once full of water is very difficult to unplug. I was at the point to call the reception. Finally after 10 attempts or so the bathtub unlock knob worked. Breakfast....got an omelet and while eating I found pieces of the egg shell in my mouth..... So no not the best experience at all!! Close to the National Museum and Kings palace though!

We were so happy with this hotel. It is in a good location within walking distance of many good restaurants. cafes, and the Russian Market. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Our rate included a good breakfast. My only suggestion is that they invest in better pillows.

The wash basin was not in the closed area for toilet and shower. It was facing the beds. If your are sharing a room, you disturb the other person who may be sleeping. I was shocked to see a mouse running along the place where breakfast is normally displayed on 10 Feb at 6.15 am. I ordered fried eggs and while the staff was preparing to fry, I saw a mouse near where the ingredients were kept. I drew the attention of the person and another staff who passed by. They were not bothered and continued their work. Would you want to eat after seeing the mouse at the breakfast display? Several staff do not understand English. I will be writing to the CEO if I can get his email. I hope he reads this review.
