Absolutely terrible accommodation, there was a dead bird outside of my hotel room door for approx 5 days, was there when I checked in and still there when I checked out. Took 2 days to get towels in my room even though I asked roughly 4 times each day. Ordered food from down stairs 4 times and was told 30-40 minutes after ordering that the food I had ordered was not available, I asked if I could order something else only for staff to come back a further 20 minutes later and tell me the chef had gone home. Room came with a breakfast option daily that I had prepaid for and found out each morning that breakfast was not available that day. Staff were rude, arrogant and treated me like a "back packer" I can not recommend 1 good thing about this hotel as there are literally 40 hotels within a 200m radius which are cheaper and in better condition.

This hotel is located right next to the Royal Palace in the heart of the river activity. It is a great hotel for its value. It appears that renovations are ongoing now but once they are completed this will be a very nice accommodation. Beds are very comfortable.

Very quiet hotel very nice staff. Feel like at home over there. Beautiful location, nice food....all on River side. I recommend. Very good location near the Grand Palais. Amazon café juste near. Super
