This is a Japanese hotel that seems to have many branches in Vietnam. I was surprised that a Phnom Penh woman wearing a yukata (?) suddenly greeted me at the reception in Japanese. The hotel was filled with Japanese, and I almost forgot I was in Phnom Penh. The room was spacious, and there was a big desk where I could work. The mini fridge was stocked with cola, soda, beer, and water, and was free every day. The toilet was also made by a mysterious manufacturer, but it was equipped with a large washlet. There was a large bathtub in the room, but the biggest selling point was the open-air bath on the 7th floor. You can take a bath until 11pm, and the fresh air is refreshing, so you can blow away the fatigue of a business trip abroad. There is also a sauna. The breakfast served was a much better Japanese set meal than that of a Japanese business hotel. There are also Japanese set meal restaurants in the area.

Nice hotel, run efficiently. Booked through a third party booking agent which didn't give a clear description. (I have taken this up with to agent) This is a business hotel, not suitable for families or romantic couples on a get away. Pool is only available to women for one hour from 11.45pm. Buffet breakfast available everyday expect Sunday where it is a fixed menu. Very limited on vegetarian, ok if you eat eggs. Also most options are Japenese foods.

I stayed this hotel as the client is near by. The hotel was newly renovated and very clean. Room- Clean, practical and comfortable. WIFI was extremely slow. Service- The staff speaks Japanese, but they do not really speak English. What a surprise. Some communication break down. Restaurant- When I was there, there was no proper restaurant. They served Japanese breakfast. This hotel looks like the hotel for Japanese guests only.
