Frangipani Villa Hotel

Pool view room is the way to go. Got a free upgrade from the basic twin to the pool king and it was a world of difference. The staff here is very friendly and they speak very good English (even though it may not seem that way at times). During my visit the property was undergoing some changes in management and facilities. I'm excited for future travelers as they are adding spa/massage facilities. The breakfast, by the way, is excellent

The bedroom was comfortable and the pool area very relaxing. Our room was noisy because of some air conditioning unit somewhere which was working over time. The shower and breakfast were poor, although the evening meal in the restuarant was very nice. So a little mixed review.

We read a great recommendation for Frangipani and got a very good rate. Our room was comfortable and everything functioned well. The pool was a nice cool down at the end of the day. Several features need updating... paintwork on the balcony, wooden flooring around the pool, replace pool furniture . The breakfast was just ok, we could order eggs but not a lot of choice in other areas. It felt like a ghost town. At breakfast there was only ever 2 other people. I’m not sure how other hotels in the area were faring ,it may just have been a quiet week.
