Titan is a popular casino for Vietnamese people. Staff can speak Vietnamese, signs are in Vietnamese. They have most of the popular Vietnam local banks' ATM. Guest no need to change chip. Vietnamese Dong and US dollar are accepted for betting.
They serves Vietnamese food for guests. Probably that is the reason why the hotel air is stained with strong food, fish sauce smell. Leaving the hotel your clothes are stink with that cooking smell.

A pyongyang casaers palace. We were greeted by the beautiful golden windows and stunning fountains of the titan king hotel. This is where the fun ended. As we checked in the reception staff didn't seem to ken any english which made check in as problematic as paying for extra cheese at pizza hut in agra. Anyway the rooms, bloody terrible. Ive slept better on a floor than in those beds. One positive was the echo which they provided if you sang to them. Not a great deal to do in this hotel so to pass the time we slept. After this most uncomfortable of sleeps, we were joyed by the mouth watering prospect of the "roman western food restaurant." Even more exciting was the pool table in place where we hoped to share some banter over a few games of pool. Turns out it was just a decoration as they had no cue or balls(lol); complete carbuncle and disappointment which pretty much summed up the hotel if you asked me. Food was alright if a carrot-y burger and 12 chips is your idea of tasty. There red ding was INCREDIBLE however. Dinner was topped of by a visit of "jeffrey" the resident mouse. When we let the waiter ken about this he asked "was it a big one" and then gave us an explanation of how the mice came from field to hotel. Very interesting - not. Paying was a nightmare like the ones you get with doxycycline. # currencies and a sheer lack of ken was involved. We paid and then headed for the bright lights of the casino. There we were met by a lovely women who tried to sell us fake chips. Not cool. Then myself and two friends won a profit of $100 between us. Up yes. Whilst we gambled and somebody was on their bed a friend of our tried to use the on site spa. He was greeted with no steam, a cold jacuzzi and a cold sauna. Pretty rude of you ask me. We then retreated to a higher floor for bed. As I was using the bodied bass technique of brushing my teeth I met two lovely beetles. I then killed them with a glass and had possibly the worst nights sleep ever. EVER. The next morning I woke up in a starving, hallucinative daze. I joined my friends downstairs for some banter over breakfast and was greeted with the worst excuse for breakfast I have ever seen. Stodgy out of date unidentifiable food and rice that smelt of scrotum after a long day of hiking in the Atacama desert. This made me wretch and thus leave. Pure boggin mannnnn. Finally my friends and I checked out. Thank God. I will never be back.

The room is clean and neat. The bathroom's also clean. The price and the room seem to match, although I'd expect a swimming pool and breakfast and blah blah as it should has for being claimed as 4 stars hotel. Overall, everything's good. Since I only just came to Svay Rieng to attend my cousin's wedding. But there's no decent hotels over there so it's probably the best place I could get here. 15 minutes away from Svay Rieng market, if you drive fast like I just did.
